I'm Dr. Jaime Fabricio Mejia Mayorga — CEO, owner, and founder of Global Citizens Educational Consulting and Professional Services, LLC. I'm a multilingual educator, applied linguist, researcher, and global learning leader with a passion for building bridges across cultures, languages, and communities. Originally from El Corpus, Choluteca, Honduras, and proudly Indigenous Chorotega, I bring over a decade of experience supporting multilingual, multicultural, and Indigenous communities around the world.
My work lives at the intersection of language, identity, equity, technology, and education. Whether I'm designing inclusive academic programs, supporting communities through language and literacy initiatives, developing communications and public-facing materials, mentoring fellow educators, or helping institutions realign curriculum and pedagogy, the goal stays the same: creating spaces where all learners and communities are seen, valued, and empowered.
As the sole member of Global Citizens Educational Consulting and Professional Services, LLC — for now — I offer strategic support to individuals, communities, organizations, and institutions committed to equity, progress, sustainability, and community-rooted transformation. I'm especially passionate about educational justice, Indigenous knowledge systems, and using emerging technologies — like AI and mobile learning platforms — in culturally responsive-sustaining, ethically grounded ways.
When I'm not consulting or teaching, I'm learning from community elders, collaborating with changemakers, or sharing stories that move us toward healing, understanding, and collective action.
